Set within the grounds of an iconic beachfront resort on the Costa del Sol, this one-season pop-up—designed as a preview of the permanent venue opening in 2026—reimagines Mediterranean maximalism through a lens of coastal ease and sun-faded charm. Inspired by its flagship on the French Riviera, known for bold, expressive design, the concept carries over key visual cues but adapts them with a playful, Mediterranean-specific twist. A palette of terracotta, citrus, and sun-faded green informs the material language, carried through wrought iron furnishings, brick paving, and custom textiles. Daybeds line the terrace and beach in rhythmic intervals, anchored by scalloped parasols trimmed with hand-illustrated motifs by artist Chiara Perano, developed in collaboration with the hospitality group’s design team. Dining unfolds under canvas canopies in a garden setting, where layered tabletops and curved seating invite leisurely, communal meals. Material choices prioritize durability & ambiance: marine-grade finishes, modular furnishings, and sun-treated textiles ensure resilience without visual compromise. The result is expressive, a spatial composition shaped by light & the Mediterranean.
