Thirty Anderson is a boutique multi-residential development delivering luxury living across three large-scale residences within a coveted pocket of South Yarra. The architecture and interior design alike were driven by a desire to live calmly – from the open, sculptural and light-filled spaces to the ever-present connections with nature.
The penthouse design is unique, capturing space and light at an unprecedented scale for a truly luxurious experience. This is seen in the graceful lines of the exterior as well as the sculptural design of the interiors, where curved walls allow the eye to travel easily from form to form. High ceilings, skylights, and floor-to-ceiling glazing inside each of the three residences fill living areas with abundant pools of natural light.
Throughout, the architecture offers an experience of calm. Steel-framed glass doors soften transitions and enhance the volumes of spaces that feel both generous and enveloping. Flowing fabrics introduce softness while, timber flooring and complementary timber joinery add to a cohesive and calming experience throughout.
