Boston Consulting Group is a fast-paced environment where staff work in teams, together with clients, to build sustainable competitive advantage, transform their businesses, and achieve positive societal change. The team designed a reimagined destination office that is an inclusive, bespoke, high-performing workplace encouraging the brand's best work. This office allows people to come together to innovate, increase productivity, and foster a positive work culture.

Elements of hospitality design create moments of delight that nurture a sense of ease as people experience the space. The curated art, objects, and greenery within the space come from diverse Canadian artists and vendors. Rich materials and furniture were chosen to provide the comforts of home with ergonomics in mind. Layered wood tones, hand troweled plaster, textured brick veneer, and leather wrapped pulls offer moments of tactile connection to authentic materials. The furniture and lighting evolve throughout to correspond with the unique experiences across the three floors.

The new space brings people together to innovate, increase productivity, improve culture, and propel them and their business leaders forward.
