Textile Factory Office – “Green Oasis” Within an Industrial Zone
Completed in 2023 in Quang Nam, Vietnam, this project transforms a rigid industrial structure into a “Green Oasis” centered on human well-being.
Inspired by a textile loom, a distinctive concrete frame is interwoven with lush greenery. This contrast creates a fresh architectural language that challenges the monotony of industrial typologies, bringing aesthetic novelty and value.
The design maximizes natural light and cross-ventilation. Transparent partitions visually connect the office and workshop, dissolving hierarchies and fostering a collaborative user experience. Circulation is reimagined through a vertical green atrium, transforming walkways into inspiring spaces for rest and social interaction.
As a green building, integrated vegetation reduces heat gain and regulates the climate, fostering a healthier environment that improves mental and physical well-being. Socially, the project inspires pride and dignity within Vietnam's traditional textile industry.
