Durable materials like granite, steel, and glass in calm grays ensure longevity. Winter-ready with heated paving, smart drainage, and automated irrigation. Vertical lamelle fencing screens technical areas while complementing the facade. Lighting focuses on guidance with ceiling lines, edge lights, and safe markers.
