Sara Jazayeri

Studio 360 Architecture and Interior Design / Principal

Shaped by years of globetrotting and an insatiable passion for the practice, Sara is an internationally celebrated and award-winning Architect and Interior Designer with 20 years of experience in firms both in Europe and the United States. She was named the Bronx chapter President of the American Institute of Architects, AIA Bronx, the first woman to hold the position since the organization was formed in 1931.

Sara earned her Master’s degree in Architecture from L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette in Paris, France before starting Studio 360, an architecture and interior design firm based in New York City. She has developed a passion for creating initiatives that promote diversity in architecture and a better community through education, support and mentorship. Creating a unique business model for architecture, she believes great work can happen any time at any place.

She hires the best talent and offers them remote and flexible ways of working. Most of them are young women raising a family, working from home. By giving these women architects and interior designers the latitude to do their jobs in a way that suits their lifestyles, so long as they keep up their top performance, she creates real savings for her clients, while contributing to the empowerment of women staying in the workforce without a gap in their carrier paths.

Outside of work, she loves traveling around the world to visit her friends from the time that she worked at the United Nations Headquarters.
