Aurecon / Architecture & Design Integration Practice Leader

A strong leader with qualifications in both design, management and business, and a keen interest in Architecture, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture, Heath has a passion for best practice project management combined with excellence in design and delivery.

Heath’s skills have been brought to bear on a wide range of large scale projects, including multiple projects with Rail Projects Victoria, Suburban rail Loop Authority, Melbourne Airport, the Victorian Desalination project, the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal project, the Melbourne Metro Rail Tunnel bid and the Southern Program Alliance rail bid. Recent large-scale global projects include the Lake and Sports Park in Abu Dhabi, Jumeriah Central and City Walk Central Park, both located in Dubai.

Heath has been involved with boards and industry events throughout his career, as an AILA Mentor and AILA Member Interview Panel, presenter of the “Placemaking Summit” in Melbourne and “Blue Meets Green Forum” in 2019. He is currently the “President Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (Victorian Chapter)”.

Working across a design consultancy both nationally and internationally, Heath is well connected with many of the major current construction projects underway within Australia and internationally and leads our focus on community-centred design and functionality, bridging the gap between engineering design, built form and the community, ensuring all design proposals are considerate of their setting and visual impact on their place and setting.
